The Sanctuary is an extraordinary setting of 1,170 acres, including nearly 700 acres of cypress marshes. It is located within the limits of City of Mandeville, placing it just minutes away from major shopping centers, and some of the best restaurants found on either side of the lake. The subdivision includes over 100 of the ½ to ¾ acre sites and 300 parcels of 1 acre of more.
