Tall Timbers has a lovely new entrance from Fairway Drive, and has approximately 290 homesites with the typical home containing about 1950 square feet of living area. Tall Timbers had a rapid expansion of new construction in 1990 and has regained the attention of builders recently for a resurgence of new homes. . The subdivision is not located within city limits, but is served by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and like most of our subdivisionsserved by private utility companies.

The location off Fairway Drive offers direct access to Hwy 190, onward to major shopping in Covington or Mandeville, and makes it an excellent choice for commuters heading to New Orleans, Slidell, or Baton Rouge.
