Quail Creek was one of the first subdivisions to offer a community pool, ballfields, and tennis court in the Mandeville area and it immediately became popular. The subdivision also has one of the most active homeowners associations with clubs and groups for hobbies/ special interest. Since its beginning in 1992, it has grown to approximately 500 lots, with a typical home containing 2000 square feet living area.

Quail Creek is located off Soult St, next to Mandeville Middle School. It has near access to Pelican Park, our sports and recreation complex located within Fontainbleau State Park. If you have children involved in the little leagues, you'll be making several trips for practice & game dates and be grateful for the close proximity. The subdivision is not located within city limits, but is served by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and like most of our subdivisions served by private utility companies.
