Meadowbrook Information

Meadowbrook is one of Mandeville's most popular subdivisions with nearly 500 homesites in this gated community. Pelican Athletic Club is located next to Meadowbrook's entrance, and in fact, was built by the same developer. As such, he gives the Meadowbrook residents a special initiation rate. All residents enjoy free use of the separate Meadowbrook tennis and swim club (and ball field) as part of their subdivision homeowner association dues. It was started in 1992 with homes typically ranging from 2200 to 3800 square feet living area. There are some lots available for new construction.

The subdivision is not located within city limits, but is served by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and like most of our subdivisions - is served by private utility companies. For more information, please contact us.
