Cherry Creek Information
The residents of Cherry Creek enjoy the neighborliness of a small subdivision in a convenient location with scenic ponds situated amongst naturally beautiful trees & shrubbery. And the subdivision does border the Chinchuba Creek. There are only about 73 lots, with a typical home being 3200 square feet, built from 1993 onward, although there are many magnificent homes far larger than that.
Cherry Creek is minutes away from major shopping areas of Mandeville, but is rarely bothered by sightseer traffic, due to its tucked away location off Hwy 190. And like most subdivisions in Mandeville, it is not actually located within the city limits. It is served by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and served by private utility companies.
