Carriage Lane is a quiet little subdivision, tucked along Sharp Rd, on the eastern side of Mandeville. While it is minutes away from shopping and restaurants, it is not likely to have traffic from sightseers, as it is hidden away. There are approximately 80 homesites in Carriage Lane, with a typical home having 2100 square feet of living area. There is a nice variety of styles represented, such as Victorians, Acadians and French Quarter style. Most were built between 1985 and 1995. The subdivision is not located within city limits, but is served by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and, like most of our subdivisions, served by private utility companies.

By traveling down Sharp Rd. to Hwy 59, you have easy access to head out to the little league parks, or on to shopping malls in Slidell, via Interstate 12.
