Beau Rivage is a beautiful wooded refuge that has incredibly easy access to the Causeway for commuters. This subdivision is known for large lots with a mature mix of hardwoods and pines. Most of the development took place between 1975 and 1995, and the typical home is approximately 2500 square feet of living area. The utility services are provided by the City Of Mandeville.

The children of Beau Rivage can attend Pontchartrain Elementary and Tchefuncte Middle Schools, both of which consistently rank at the top in statewide test scores. Also, Cedarwood Primary private school is within blocks of the subdivision. For family recreation, Franco's Athletic Club is a few miles down Hwy 22.
