Living in Beau Chene is like being on vacation all the time. From the moment you pass the gated entrance, and view the golf course from across one of the many lakes you feel that this is a special place. There are approximately 1500 homesites and many clusters of condominiums, and so there is a home for most any budget. Some of the homes have been featured in national magazines, and the golf course had been selected by Golf Digest magazine as Louisiana's finest.

The club is a separate entity from the homeowners association, and they offer several pricing levels of membership. They offer swimming, tennis (indoor & out), golf, a fitness facility and fine dining. The homeowners association provides 24 gated security, their own deep well water sources, sewage, garbage, road maintenance and mosquito control. It's like living in Disney World !!
